During the visit, the conditions of detention for inmates and convicts were reviewed, including dining facilities, library, exercise yards, commissary, food storage, access to medical services, and other relevant conditions.
Additionally, the conditions for receiving parcels from close relatives were inspected, and discussions were held with the relatives of detainees.
The inspection revealed that the medical department has an adequate supply of medications, inmates are provided with hot meals according to a daily menu, and all installed radio and surveillance systems are operational.
Following this, the “Ombudsman Boxes” were checked, and individual discussions were held with those who submitted appeals to clarify the details of their cases. Group meetings were also held with 100 detainees, along with individual meetings with 15 convicts.
