About 10 doctors of a narrow profile of the health department of the Andijan region were involved in the medical examination. Medical examination of convicts and prisoners was also carried out using blood tests, ultrasound (ultrasound), ECG and X-ray equipment.

According to the results of the medical examination, the detected diseases were taken for dispensary control, and the necessary medical procedures were determined based on the recommendations of specialist doctors.
Meetings were also held with 6 prisoners, whose appeals were taken from the "Ombudsman's Box" located on the territory of the detention facility, and their appeals were positively resolved.

In addition, the regional representative of the Ombudsman conducted collective as well as individual interviews with 72 convicts and prisoners held in this detention facility, and their appeals were accepted.

At the end of the visit, meetings and conversations were also held with 19 convicts involved in household chores.
