During the visit, it was noted that a special classroom and a library have been established in the colony at School No. 12 to provide education for inmates without a general secondary education. The facility offers inmates the opportunity to obtain general education, acquire vocational skills, and learn foreign languages.

As part of this visit, 300 various books were donated to the library, which will help raise the spiritual and educational level of the inmates and encourage productive use of their free time.

In addition, the inmates received essential guidance on adapting to society after release to help prevent recidivism.

This initiative aligns with the Resolution President of April 2, 2021, «On additional organizational measures for further improvement of the activities of internal affairs agencies in the sphere of ensuring public safety and combating crime».
