The receptions were organised in Bakht settlement of Syrdarya District, Shurchi District of Surkhandarya Region, Yangiaryk District of Khorezm Region, as well as Shahrihan, Altynkul and Asaka Districts of Andijan Region. In total, residents of 31 mahallas were covered. Particular attention was paid to examining on-site the appeals of residents of mahallas located far from district centres.

During the mobile receptions, appeals were received concerning social and financial assistance, housing and employment, repairs of internal roads, issues concerning citizens registered with the probation service, as well as other legal matters.

In order to examine the issues raised in the appeals directly on-site and resolve them as promptly as possible, representatives of the relevant state bodies and organisations were also involved in the mobile receptions. Citizens’ arguments were examined with their participation, legal explanations were provided on certain issues, while appeals requiring additional measures were taken under supervision.
