During the reception, appeals from nearly 20 citizens were reviewed. The issues raised primarily concerned labor relations, pension provision, housing and property rights, dissatisfaction with the actions of officials, as well as matters related to investigative processes.

Additionally, appeals submitted by close relatives of persons held in custody were comprehensively considered.

For each appeal, legal explanations and clarifications were provided based on the current legislation. Certain issues requiring additional examination were taken under the Ombudsman’s supervision and referred to relevant regional representatives for on-site review.
