As part of the monitoring, interviews were conducted with convicted persons, including an individual conversation with A.T., and medical records related to his health condition were reviewed.
The convicted person A.T. reported that he has no complaints regarding the provision of medical care at the institution. He regularly undergoes comprehensive medical examinations, and only minor changes in his health condition have been observed, related to pre-existing illnesses. He is receiving appropriate medical care in accordance with medical recommendations. He also noted that he is engaged in work voluntarily (performing kitchen-related duties), is not involved in overtime work beyond the time limits established by law, and that working conditions comply with occupational safety requirements.
He further stated that he has no complaints regarding living conditions or food provision. According to him, taking into account his health condition, he is provided with meals in accordance with established standards.
During the individual conversation, the convicted person A.T. did not raise any additional issues or concerns.
It is also recalled that during previous monitoring visits conducted by the Regional Representative of the Ombudsman in the Navoi region to this institution in November and December 2025, no appeals or complaints were received from the convicted person A.T.
