During the reception, appeals related to labor rights, pensions, amnesty, housing, and other issues were received. Each appeal was reviewed on an individual basis, and legal clarifications were provided to the applicants in accordance with current legislation.
Additionally, a number of issues requiring further examination with the involvement of specialists from relevant government bodies and organizations were identified. Some appeals were forwarded to the Ombudsman's respective regional representatives for on-site review and appropriate action.
