In Jizzakh city, 13 employees of “Global Qurilish Trans” LLC complained that part of their wages had not been paid and that their appeals were being ignored. As a result of an investigation conducted by the Ombudsman’s regional representative in cooperation with the relevant authorities, the withheld wages were fully recovered and paid to the workers.

In another case, 100 seasonal workers employed by a private heating company in Andijan region reported that they had not received their salaries for February and March. Following the Ombudsman’s intervention, all due payments were made in a short period of time.

In Qo‘shtepa district of Fergana city, a citizen requested practical assistance in securing disability status and medical support for their spouse. After the Ombudsman’s regional representative reviewed the case in cooperation with local social protection bodies, the patient was officially recognized as having Group II disability and was provided with free medication and medical services.

In Tashkent, an appeal was submitted by a citizen who was denied access to a sports facility. The applicant stated that, due to health reasons, they required physical rehabilitation. However, access to the gym was unreasonably denied by a responsible official. After the intervention of the Ombudsman’s representative, the citizen’s right was restored.
