According to the complaint, in 2018, the apartment building where the applicant lived was demolished, and the construction company issued a guarantee letter promising a two-room apartment within one year. However, despite the completion of the construction of the said building, the promised apartment was never provided. In 2022, the apartment intended for the applicant was sold to another person, leaving him and his family without housing. Numerous appeals by the citizen to the relevant authorities have yielded no results.
