During the reception, the citizens' concerns were heard in detail, legal explanations were provided, and appeals falling within the Ombudsman's mandate were taken under supervision.

Appeals requiring additional examination were accepted for proceedings in accordance with the established procedure. The issues raised therein will be examined within the Ombudsman's mandate and considered in cooperation with the relevant state authorities and organizations.

We remind citizens that appeals to the Ombudsman may be submitted electronically through the official website ombudsman.uz and the "Ombudsman.uz" mobile application. In addition, citizens may apply directly to the Ombudsman's regional representatives.
