The event was attended by residents of the "Burqut," "Mirzo Salimiy," "Istiqlol," and "Yangiobod" neighborhood citizens' assemblies.

During the mobile reception, the appeals of 11 citizens were heard. The appeals mainly concerned alimony payments, social assistance, pension and social benefit provision, enforcement of court documents, and other legal issues.

During the reception, citizens were provided with legal explanations and advice on site. Applications requiring additional examination were accepted and forwarded to the relevant state authorities according to their competence, and their consideration was taken under supervision.

Such mobile receptions conducted by the Ombudsman's regional representatives in the regions serve to examine citizens' appeals directly on site, strengthen open dialogue with the public, and consider issues requiring legal solutions in cooperation with the responsible authorities.
