The meeting focused on the 2026 work plan for the joint project, "Strengthening the Rule of Law and Protection of Human Rights in Uzbekistan," implemented in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

The parties discussed activities aimed at increasing public legal awareness, organizing training sessions and seminars to strengthen the capacity of staff within the framework of the project, as well as holding joint international events.

The meeting reaffirmed both sides' commitment to continuing their cooperation in support of reforms aimed at strengthening the rule of law and protecting human rights in Uzbekistan.
