During the reception, citizens submitted appeals concerning labour rights, pensions, the rights of convicted persons, housing, fraud, and credit-related matters.
During the reception, citizens' concerns were heard in detail, legal explanations were provided, and matters falling within the Ombudsman's mandate were taken under review.
Appeals requiring additional examination were accepted for processing in accordance with the established procedure. The issues raised therein will be examined within the Ombudsman's mandate and, where necessary, considered in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
