During the reception, issues related to employment, healthcare, support for persons with disabilities, and the improvement of local areas were considered.
Based on the content of the appeals, certain cases were examined on-site with the participation of relevant organizations. Together with the responsible authorities, legal and practical mechanisms for resolving the issues raised were discussed, and the necessary measures were identified.
Such mobile receptions serve to review citizens’ appeals directly on-site, provide prompt responses, and ensure the protection of citizens’ rights and legitimate interests.
