The appeals mainly concerned labor relations, pension provision, enforcement of court decisions, alimony recovery, property rights between close relatives, social support, the rights of persons with disabilities, as well as the rights of convicted persons and detainees, and issues related to judicial and investigative processes.

Each appeal was carefully reviewed by the Ombudsman, and relevant legal explanations were provided. Appeals requiring additional examination were accepted for processing in accordance with established procedures and referred for further review in cooperation with relevant state authorities.
