During the reception, appeals were received on issues related to labor rights, pension provision, civil law relations, enforcement proceedings, family matters, as well as judicial and investigative processes. Appeals from relatives of convicted persons and detainees were also accepted.

During the reception, legal explanations were provided on each appeal. A number of issues were taken under the Ombudsman’s control and accepted for further examination. In accordance with legislative requirements, response measures aimed at resolving the appeals were determined.

We remind that citizens may submit appeals to the Commissioner electronically via the ombudsman.uz website and the ombudsman.uz mobile application, as well as directly to the Office of the Ombudsman and to regional representatives in the territories.
