During the reception, citizens raised issues related to labor and social protection, judicial and investigative processes, the rights of convicts, pension matters, and other areas.
Some applicants received legal explanations, while issues within the Commissioner’s competence were taken under control and forwarded to the relevant state authorities. The Ombudsman carefully listened to each appeal and outlined measures to address them.
It should be noted that citizens may submit appeals to the Commissioner through the website ombudsman.uz, via the mobile application, or through regional representatives operating in the regions.
