During the reception, nearly 60 appeals were considered, relating to issues of housing, cadastral registration, reinstatement at work, judicial and investigative processes, pension provision, the right to education and labor, fraud against individuals, banking and credit matters, as well as requests for social and material assistance.
All appeals were taken under control, and those requiring on-site inspection were forwarded to the Ombudsman's regional representatives in the respective areas.
