Appeals related to the cessation of unauthorized construction work and a social issue concerning a lonely elderly woman were reviewed by regional representatives of the Ombudsman in the Fergana region and the city of Tashkent.

Some of these complaints were resolved on-site, while for the remaining appeals, the necessary documents have been collected and are currently under review. Based on the results of the review, an appropriate impact act will be prepared.
