The official statement of the Tashkent Region Department of Internal Affairs noted that the deceased's health deteriorated and he lost consciousness at the entrance to the Regional Department of Internal Affairs building. He was taken to the city hospital, where he died during an examination.

At present, a forensic medical examination has been appointed to establish the causes of the citizen's death. The case is being studied by the Tashkent Region Prosecutor's Office.

The regional representative of the Ombudsman in Tashkent region met with members of the deceased's family and expressed condolences. The Ombudsman sent a follow-up letter on this case to the General Prosecutor’s Office.

The Ombudsman requests that the case be dealt with within the requirements of the law, ensuring an open and fair investigation into all aspects of the incident.
