Initially, the appeals that were sent to the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman) from this district were analyzed, and the "Yettilik" group studied the problems of the population living in the mahallas. Based on these identified issues, representatives of relevant government agencies and organizations, as well as qualified specialists, were involved in the "Ombudsman School" project event.

The event was attended by the regional department of the Ministry of Health, mobile services of the CSU Justice Department, a job fair organized by the regional employment department, vocational training center, Monocenter, Samarkand regional department of the National Agency for Social Protection and regional departments of external labor migration.

Within the framework of the project, mobile receptions were organized by the regional representative of the Ombudsman in Samarkand region and the heads of government organizations participating in the event.

Within the framework of the "Ombudsman School" project, an in-depth medical examination of 460 citizens was conducted in cooperation with the regional department of the Ministry of Health of Samarkand province with the involvement of 14 qualified specialists.

According to the results of the survey, 96 citizens were diagnosed with the disease and based on the results of the survey a health improvement plan was created at the district and regional level. In addition, five low-income citizens were provided with free surgical procedures.

On the same day, citizens of retirement age and persons with visual impairment were issued prescriptions for eyeglasses based on the doctor's opinion. On the same day, 355 units of 32 types of medicines were distributed free of charge to residents.

Together with the department of the National Agency for Social Protection in Samarkand province, 17 citizens were trained and received orders for the purchase of rehabilitation equipment under the new system.

Employees of the public services center provided 12 citizens with services on pensioners' registration in the accumulative pension system, registration for visiting sanatoriums and receiving other services.

Representatives of external labor migration explained that when going abroad in accordance with the procedure established by law, they can study and acquire a profession in labor processes and monocenters free of charge.

We would like to remind that the events within the framework of the project "School of Ombudsman" are constantly organized in the context of mahallas which were located in remote areas of our republic. These events are organized in cooperation with governorship and more than 10 governmental institutions and other organizations.
