This Association promotes democracy and human rights in the countries of Central Asia through various activities aimed at improving the legal literacy of citizens and the professional literacy of journalists, as well as supporting civil society institutions.

During the meeting, the Authorized Person for Human Rights also spoke about the activities of the ombudsman institution, noting regular cooperation with civil society institutions and non-governmental non-profit organizations. In particular, it was noted that the Commission for the Observance of Constitutional Rights and Freedoms under the Ombudsman includes the heads of a number of public organizations.

At the end of the meeting, which was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, the parties exchanged views on the development of further cooperation.
