During the reception, citizens submitted appeals concerning property rights, social protection, civil law relations, housing issues, judicial and investigative proceedings, as well as other legal matters.

The concerns raised by citizens were carefully heard, and legal explanations were provided on the issues brought forward. Appeals falling within the Ombudsman's mandate were placed under review, while those requiring further examination were accepted for consideration in accordance with the established procedure. The circumstances raised in these appeals will be examined within the scope of the Ombudsman's powers and, where necessary, reviewed in cooperation with the relevant government bodies and organisations.

We remind citizens that appeals to the Ombudsman may be submitted electronically via the official website ombudsman.uz or through the Ombudsman.uz mobile application. Citizens may also contact the Ombudsman's regional representatives directly in their respective regions.
