During the reception, organised in this locality approximately 190 kilometres from the city of Termez, the concerns of around 10 citizens were heard. The issues raised included obtaining educational loans, securing targeted loans for home renovations, temporary restrictions on leaving the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enforcement proceedings, employment, and social matters.
The issues raised by citizens were examined on site jointly with the mahalla youth leader, the assistant to the district hokim, representatives of the Sariosiyo District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, and other relevant organisations. Legal clarifications were provided to citizens regarding certain requests, while appropriate measures were identified to address issues that could be resolved through practical action.
Requests requiring further examination were placed under the supervision of the Ombudsman’s regional representative in Surkhandarya Region.
