During the reception, appeals concerning pensions, property rights, social protection, civil-law relations, housing, judicial and investigative proceedings, the rights of convicts and detainees, as well as other legal matters, were considered.
Citizens’ arguments were heard in detail, and legal explanations were provided on the issues they raised. Appeals falling within the Ombudsman’s mandate were taken under the Ombudsman’s supervision.
Appeals requiring further examination were accepted for consideration in accordance with the established procedure. The circumstances raised in these appeals will be examined within the Ombudsman’s mandate and, where necessary, considered in cooperation with the relevant state bodies and organisations.
Citizens are reminded that they may submit appeals to the Ombudsman electronically through the official ombudsman.uz website and the “Ombudsman.uz” mobile application. Citizens may also directly contact the Ombudsman’s Regional Representatives in the regions. Information on the Regional Representatives’ full names, reception addresses, telephone numbers and reception days is available in the “Regional Representatives” section of the ombudsman.uz website.
