Targeted Work Launched in Kashkadarya Region with Areas Generating the Highest Number of Appeals
An analysis of appeals submitted to the Commissioner of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman) showed that the highest number of appeals in Kashkadarya Region originates from Kasan District.

Based on these findings, an action plan was developed to establish a model framework for the activities of the Ombudsman's Regional Representative in Kasan District. The plan is being implemented jointly with the regional khokimiyat, the Kashkadarya Regional Council of People's Deputies, and the Ombudsman's Regional Representative.

In accordance with the plan, appeals submitted by individuals and legal entities were analyzed by mahalla, and areas with the highest number of appeals were identified. Relevant state bodies and agencies were assigned to each area based on the issues most frequently raised. They have been tasked with examining the causes of appeals on-site and taking targeted measures to resolve the issues.

From July 8 of this year to the present, 37 mobile receptions and meetings have been held in the district, covering 25 of its 74 mahallas.

During these mobile receptions, 137 appeals were received. Of these, 52 have already been reviewed. Forty appeals, or 76 percent, were resolved positively, while legal explanations were provided in 12 cases. The remaining 85 appeals are currently under review.

According to the analysis, the majority of appeals concern the assignment of social benefits, material assistance and pensions, registration of cadastral documents, recovery of alimony and debts, enforcement proceedings, as well as issues related to loans, banking services, and taxation.

Through mobile receptions and the assignment of responsible organizations to specific territories, measures are being taken to examine and resolve the issues raised in appeals directly at the citizens' place of residence.
