The event, entitled "Legal Aid Bus," was organized at the Sirdarya Regional Centre for the Rehabilitation and Adaptation of Women. It was attended by the Ombudsman's Regional Representative in the Sirdarya Region, representatives of the Regional Department for Poverty Reduction and Employment, the Regional Department of Preschool and School Education, the Gulistan City Department of Internal Affairs, and a psychologist from Gulistan State University.

Currently, eight women, together with their children, are residing at the Centre. During the meeting, their concerns were heard, and they were provided with information on state protection, legal and psychological assistance, as well as existing opportunities related to employment, entrepreneurship, and housing.

Following the meeting, individual interviews were conducted with the women, and their appeals were received. In particular, specific measures were identified in relation to all the issues they raised.

During the discussion, it was also emphasized that, in addition to supporting victims, it is important to strengthen preventive and educational work with persons who have committed acts of violence.

At the conclusion of the event, experienced psychologists conducted individual sessions with the women at the Centre aimed at restoring their psychological well-being and providing psychological support.
