B. Narimonov, Deputy Commissioner of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Uzbekistan, also participated in international event.

At the opening ceremony of the Summit, a message from the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan addressed to the participants was read out.

The discussions focused on the protection of rights in the digital space, ensuring the privacy of personal data, combating disinformation, the impact of artificial intelligence on the labour market, improving digital literacy, and modern mechanisms for the protection of human rights.

Within the framework of the Summit, exchanges of experience and discussions on prospects for cooperation were held among ombudsmen from various countries, national human rights institutions and representatives of international organizations.
