During the reception, citizens submitted appeals concerning pensions, access to social assistance, judicial and legal matters, property-related issues and other matters. Based on the arguments presented and the documents submitted, relevant explanations were provided. Appeals requiring additional examination were accepted for consideration in accordance with the established procedure.

We remind citizens that they may submit appeals to the Ombudsman electronically through the official website ombudsman.uz, as well as via the “Ombudsman.uz” mobile application. Citizens also have the opportunity to directly contact the Ombudsman’s regional representatives in the regions. Information on the full names of regional representatives, reception addresses, telephone numbers and reception days is available in the “Regional Representatives” section of the ombudsman.uz website.
