In one case, citizen L.A., residing in the city of Samarkand, had been employed at one of the regional medical centers. However, the applicant expressed dissatisfaction with the reduction of their position and alleged discriminatory treatment among staff, requesting practical assistance in being reinstated.

The complaint was reviewed in cooperation with the Samarkand Regional Health Department, and as a result, the applicant was employed at another medical center as a laboratory worker on a full-time (1.0) position.

In another case, citizen D.I., residing in Urgut district, filed a complaint regarding violation of labor rights.

According to the complaint, the applicant had been asked to submit a resignation letter under the pretext of staff reduction in the laboratory department. However, at the same time, another employee who had previously worked part-time (0.5 position) was rehired, leaving the applicant unemployed.

The complaint was taken under supervision, relevant documents were examined, and as a result of обращения to competent authorities, the citizen was employed on a full-time (1.0) position. The applicant is currently continuing their employment.

At the request of the applicants, their workplaces are not disclosed in this report.
