Several appeals were provided with legal clarifications, while those falling within the Ombudsman’s mandate were taken under control and forwarded for further examination. Where a comprehensive review is required, specialists and representatives of relevant organizations may also be involved.
It should be noted that citizens may submit their appeals to the Commissioner via the website ombudsman.uz, the mobile application ombudsman.uz, as well as directly to the Office of the Ombudsman and its regional representatives.
