The analysis revealed that the most pressing issues in the region include increasing public legal awareness, access to social services, legal aspects of land relations, cybercrime, and financial fraud. Accordingly, specialists from relevant agencies and organizations provided clarifications on addressing these matters.
Citizens were given practical recommendations on services provided through the “Inson” Social Service Centers, recognition of rights to self-occupied land plots and buildings, cybersecurity, and protection from unlawful withdrawal of funds from bank cards. All presentations were delivered in simple language and illustrated with real-life examples.
Additionally, as part of the event, free medical examinations and a job fair were organized. Employers provided information on available job vacancies, mini-technologies, commercial loans, and other opportunities.
The open dialogue was attended by the Deputy Ombudsman, the Regional Representative of the Ombudsman in Khorezm region, staff members of the Office of the Ombudsman, as well as representatives of relevant ministries and organizations, who provided detailed answers to citizens’ questions.
At the conclusion of the event, legal explanations were also provided on other issues raised in the appeals.
As part of the “Ombudsman School” project, a citizens’ reception was held, during which appeals were accepted.
