- “Inson” Centers for Social Services or directly to a social worker;
- Duty units of internal affairs bodies via the emergency number “102” or directly to a preventive inspector;
- The unified dispatch service “112” and the short trust helpline “1146”.
Within 24 hours of the appeal, the following measures are taken:
- A conversation is conducted with the perpetrator of the harassment or violence by a women's activist and the local preventive inspector;
- The social worker carries out a preliminary assessment of the condition of the woman and her minor children;
- The preventive inspector issues a protection order to the woman and, if necessary, prepares the relevant documentation for placement in a primary support shelter;
- Based on the woman’s consent, she and her minor children are placed in a primary support shelter by the social worker and the preventive inspector.
Social services for women and their minor children are provided by “Inson” Social Services Centers and the territorial centers of the Republican Center for the Rehabilitation and Adaptation of Women.
