The meeting also gathered Ombudsmen and heads of national human rights institutions from the Russian Federation, Turkey, Serbia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Iran, the Kingdom of Bahrain, Kuwait, and Tajikistan, along with representatives of international organizations, government agencies, and civil society activists.
The event addressed topics such as protecting the interests of individuals, society, and the state in cyberspace from external and internal threats, strategies for countering cyber threats, information security legislation, electronic platforms of national human rights institutions and their capabilities, and provided an opportunity for exchanging views on advanced foreign practices in this field.
