It turned out that the employees who abused the woman worked for an economic entity that served the institution on an outsourcing basis. S.Y., who was walking freely on the territory of the institution, was taken to the kitchen building without the permission of the doctor, nurse and junior medical staff (nanny) and deliberately abused over her mental state. This video was shared with the Telegram group of the staff working in the kitchen.

S.Y. often has a mental disorder caused by severe mental retardation. (That is, there are constantly situations when she cries to be sent home or for her close relatives to come to her).

On May 17, 2024, the head of the Syrdarya Residential Home for Persons with Disabilities "Muruvvat" appealed to the Syrdarya District Department of Internal Affairs with a request to take legal measures under Articles 3 and 4 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Rights of Persons with Disabilities” regarding the actions of H.M. and Sh.A.
