A total of 2,117 appeals were received from this region, with Denau district accounting for the highest number—308 appeals. According to the complaint, for the past 17 years, emissions and unpleasant odors have been released into the atmosphere from a brick production facility belonging to the “Tursunzoda” farming enterprise. These emissions are reported to negatively affect not only residents’ health but also the productivity of fruit trees and vegetables grown in household plots.
