The arguments raised by citizens in each appeal were thoroughly heard, and relevant legal explanations were provided. Appeals falling within the Ombudsman’s mandate were taken under review.

Appeals requiring additional examination will be considered in cooperation with the relevant state bodies and organizations.

Citizens are reminded that they can submit appeals to the Ombudsman electronically through the official website ombudsman.uz and via the “Ombudsman.uz” mobile application. Citizens in the regions may also directly contact the Ombudsman’s regional representatives. Information on the full names of regional representatives, reception addresses, telephone numbers and reception days is available in the “Regional Representatives” section of the ombudsman.uz website.
