Accordingly, the Regional Representative of the Commissioner of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman) in Bukhara Region held citizens' receptions in the "Qumrabot" mahalla of Romitan District, one of the district's most densely populated mahallas, and in the "Charmgaron" mahalla of Vabkent District.

During the reception in Romitan District, citizens mainly raised issues related to guardianship, housing, and other legal matters. In Vabkent District, appeals primarily concerned social assistance and other legal issues.

To ensure that appeals are resolved on the spot, representatives of the National Agency for Social Protection, justice authorities, the local prevention inspector, the local khokimiyat, and other responsible organizations also participated in the receptions. Specific measures were agreed upon to address each appeal.

The practice of examining citizens' appeals directly in the local communities and resolving them with the participation of the relevant authorities is being consistently continued across the regions.
