The latest open meetings were conducted in Andijan, Namangan, Khorezm, Kashkadarya, Samarkand, Navoi, and Surkhandarya regions. Initially, incoming appeals were analyzed, issues relevant to each region were identified, and representatives of relevant responsible agencies were involved.

During the events, nearly 1,000 citizens were covered. In particular, participants included residents of the “Yangi Uzbekistan,” “Qora Yantoq,” “Qoraqursoq,” “Mehnat-Rohat,” “Yangiobod,” “Soqchi,” “Qorabura,” “Zartepa,” “Gulhovuz,” “Qushtepa,” “Markaziy Surkhon,” “Loyiqand,” “Guliston,” and “Do‘stlik” mahallas of Jarqo‘rg‘on district in Surkhandarya region; the “Geolog” mahalla of Muborak district and the “O‘zbekiston,” “Mang‘it,” and “Oqguzar” mahallas of Qamashi district in Kashkadarya region; the “Qo‘g‘ay,” “Qayqi,” and “Islomobod” mahallas of Uchqo‘rg‘on district in Namangan region; the “Bo‘ston,” “Qal’ai Azizhon,” “Saroy,” “Uzilishkent,” “O‘rtaqo‘rg‘on,” “Humo,” “Nurafshon,” “Bobodog‘i,” “G‘amxo‘r,” and “Zarmetan” mahallas of Qiziltepa district in Navoi region; as well as the “Nurbuloq” and “Po‘latchi” mahallas of Nurobod district in Samarkand region and other areas.

During the meetings, participants received explanations on preventing cybercrime and financial fraud, legal procedures in labor relations and labor migration, as well as other relevant issues.

Following the open dialogues, mobile receptions of the Ombudsman’s regional representatives were also organized, during which citizens’ appeals were received.

In addition, “Ombudsman School” events were held with the participation of students of Urgench State University in Khorezm region, Termez State University of Engineering and Agrotechnologies in Surkhandarya region, the Institute of Economics and Pedagogy in Qarshi city of Kashkadarya region, Andijan State Technical Institute, and Andijan State Medical Institute.

During these meetings, school and university students were provided with information about state policy concerning youth, opportunities created for them, and existing legal guarantees.
