The latest open dialogues were held in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Andijan, Bukhara, Navoi, Namangan, and Kashkadarya, Khorezm regions, as well as in the city of Tashkent. Based on the analysis of incoming appeals, key issues relevant to each region were identified, and representatives of relevant government bodies were involved.
Approximately 1,000 citizens participated in the events. These included residents of the “Dursun”, “Taloqtepa”, and “Harduri” mahallas of Kukdala district in Kashkadarya region; “Shalkhar”, “Mustaqillik”, “Aytim”, “Abay”, “Navoi”, “Iftikhor”, and “Yo‘lchilar” mahallas of Uchquduq district in Navoi region; “Naymankol”, “Saraykol”, and “Keneges” mahallas of Takhiatash district; as well as “Ittifoq”, “Oshaqal’a”, “Tagalak”, “Hosiyon”, “Ko‘hna Zey”, and “O‘rta” mahallas of Kushkupir district in Khorezm region, among others.
During the meetings, participants were provided with detailed information on combating cybercrime and financial fraud, legal procedures related to labour relations and labour migration, as well as other relevant issues.
In addition, “Ombudsman School” events were held in a number of educational institutions, including the University of Information Technologies and Management and Karshi State University in Karshi city, Turon University, the University of Economics and Pedagogy, Karshi International University and Karshi State Technical University, the Abu Ali ibn Sino Public Health Technical College in Namangan region, the University of Economics and Pedagogy, Tashkent International University, Andijan Advanced Vocational Skills Technical College, the Legal Technical School of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Bukhara State University, and the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi in Samarkand region.
During these meetings, young participants were provided with information on state youth policy, available opportunities and benefits, as well as existing legal guarantees.
