On this day, "Ombudsman School" events were also organized on the issues raised in these appeals. The event was attended by about 200 residents of the district living in the MSGs of "Tarakli", "Balkh Guzar", "Galaguzar", "Kattabag", "Nurtepa" and "Kulluksho".

As part of this event, aimed at improving the legal literacy of the population, the participants were informed about the content of the adopted legal documents on the protection of labor rights, legal assistance at the expense of the government, as well as on the work carried out in the region on targeted social protection of the population.

On June 5, 2024, in a remote area of Sirdarya region, in Mirzaabad district, in MSG "Navruz" on the basis of school No. 1, an event "School of Ombudsman" was organized. At the event, representatives of the relevant government agencies explained to citizens the procedure for assigning pensions, social benefits, compensation payments, the ongoing reforms in the health care system, as well as the main tasks of the National Social Protection Agency in providing quality social services and assistance to the population.
