During the reception, which was attended by about 30 citizens, applications were received for employment, illegal dismissal, granting a pension, ensuring the participation of the Ombudsman's representative in court proceedings, providing practical assistance in applying the humanitarian act in relation to persons deprived of liberty, and other issues. Citizens were given legal advice and clarifications on some appeals.

All appeals received during the reception were taken under the control of the Authorized Person for Human Rights, and work was begun to study them and ensure human rights. After reviewing the documents attached to the appeals, the documents requiring field study are sent for study to the Regional Representatives of the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman).

It should be noted that the analysis of applications received at the personal reception of the Ombudsman shows a decrease in the number of repeated applications.
