An independent investigation analyzes every request, every situation and information.
Citizens positively assess the study of appeals and the fact that they are taken under control and practical assistance is provided.
The main task of the commission is to ensure human rights and freedoms, a comprehensive and impartial investigation of the events, as well as rechecking the information received and organizing its activities taking into account public opinion.

It should be noted that the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M. Mirziyoyev has prioritized an objective investigation of each event that occurred in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, and giving a fair legal assessment of the actions of the participants in the event.Based on this,representatives of the public, deputies and human rights activists were involved in this process for a reason.
The Commission, which includes representatives of state, non-state and international organizations headed by the Ombudsman, has not yet completed its work. The results of the investigation will not be made public until the Commission's final reasoned opinion is published.
