M. Normurodov - was born in 1946 in the Kashkadarya region.

Since 2011, he worked on a voluntary basis as a regional representative of the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman) in the Kashkadarya region. Prior to his appointment, he worked as a professor at Karshi State University.
