According to the applicant, 3 years ago he had concluded a contract with a construction company in Urgench for the purchase of apartment buildings and paid 75 million soum.

Under the terms of the contract, the house, which the developer was supposed to hand over to the owner by January 6, 2023, has not yet been completed. Despite repeated appeals of citizen R.P. to the director of the construction company with a request to terminate the contract and return the money paid, there were no positive results.

The attached documents on the case were studied, the owner of the LLC was explained to the gross violations of the terms of the contract and its legal consequences, and it was noted about the need to ensure social protection of the applicant.

Without bringing the case to court, 75 million soums paid by the applicant to the developer were fully returned to the applicant as soon as possible.
