The appeals raised such issues as admission to government agencies, issues of pardon, the prosecutor's office, judicial investigation, employment, property disputes, social assistance, including child support, housing repairs, and practical assistance in providing housing for the homeless.

Separate appeals were sent to the regional representatives of the Authorized Person for Human Rights to conduct an on-site study and take appropriate measures. For the rest of the appeals, the relevant appeal of the Commissioner for the restoration of violated rights of citizens was sent to state bodies and organizations.
