The applicant, whose father had gone to work in a foreign country, wrote that the young man molested her many times and harassed her friends, he even threatened to kill her mother.

This appeal was immediately sent to the regional representative of the Ombudsman in the Namangan region and considered jointly with the police officers of the Chartok district.

In the course of the conducted research, it was established that the person who threatened the applicant was A.O., who was born in 1991 and lives in this area. Appropriate documents were drawn up against him and the case was submitted to the court.

According to the relevant judgment of the Chartok District Court for Criminal Cases dated April 2023, to A.O., born in 1991 fine was imposed in the amount of 5 times the base settlement amount.

Аccused A.O. wrote an acknowledgment stating that he would no longer disturb the applicant.
