During a one-on-one conversation, they stated that they were influenced by false information, did not have a good understanding of the situation, and sincerely regretted what they had done. In particular, the women reported that they miss their children very much and drew the right conclusions from what happened.

JokargyKenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan supported the proposal to assign deputies of local district kengashes to persons included in the list formed by members of the Commission on the basis of public guarantee.

Based on the above, the Commission and the JogorgyKenesh, have submitted a proposal to the Prosecutor General's Office according to the principle of humanism to replace the preventive measure in the form of detention with a preventive measure in the form of public control and house arrest in relation to citizens who repent of their deeds, who have underage children in care, with a difficult family and social situation and who are the only breadwinners in the family.

Recall that in accordance with the Regulation, the Commission has the right to independently study the events that occurred in Karakalpakstan, and, without allowing interference by state bodies in its activities, it has the right to receive any information that it deems necessary to study the opinion of the population and the public.
