At the meeting, the opinions of citizens about mental and physical torture, discrimination and other violations of human rights in a special detention centerfor reception and detention of persons subjected to administrative arrest, as well as during the investigation, were studied.

During the conversation, it was explained that citizens have the right to apply to the commission if cases of human rights violations are observed against them after participating in a demonstration and serving an administrative penalty.
