Approximately 30 requests from citizens were received at the reception. Citizens were given legal advice and clarifications on some appeals.

All appeals received during the reception were taken under the control of the Authorized Person for Human Rights, and work was begun to study them and ensure human rights.

Recall that citizens can also directly contact the Regional Representatives of the Ombudsman in the regions. Citizens can get information about the names, tasks, appointment dates, addresses and phone numbers of the Regional Representatives through the website ombudsman.uz.
